You may request to cancel an order by contacting sales@cendoriq.com as soon as possible and providing your order number. A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation because orders may be processed, packed, or transferred to a carrier quickly.
If we can cancel an order before it enters fulfillment or ships, we will cancel it and issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. If an order has already shipped or cannot be stopped, it will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy, subject to product eligibility and applicable law.
Cendoriq may cancel an order and issue a refund when reasonably necessary because of inventory errors, payment authorization or verification issues, suspected fraud, an incorrect price, a legal or compliance concern, an address issue, or another legitimate business reason. We will not use this Policy to avoid obligations imposed by applicable law, including obligations related to delayed or unshipped orders.
