International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes Policy

Cendoriq may offer international shipping to destinations shown at checkout. Not all products can be shipped to every country. We may restrict or cancel an order when shipping is unavailable, prohibited, impracticable, or inconsistent with applicable export, import, safety, or carrier requirements.
International customers are responsible for confirming that products may be lawfully imported, purchased, possessed, and used in the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, import permits, inspections, storage charges, and other destination-country charges. These amounts are separate from the product price and shipping charge and may be collected by the carrier or government authority.
Customs clearance and carrier handling may delay delivery. We do not control customs authorities, and estimated delivery dates do not account for all clearance delays. If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, returned, seized, or delayed because of customs rules, unpaid charges, incorrect address information, or an import restriction, any available refund will be determined after we receive the returned goods, less non-refundable shipping, return-to-sender, customs, carrier, handling, or other charges to the extent permitted by law.
Do not ask us to misstate product values, descriptions, origin, or shipment information. International orders remain subject to our Shipping, Return, and Cancellation Policies and to mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction.
