Order Verification and Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect customers and Cendoriq from unauthorized transactions, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security incidents, we may review certain orders, particularly orders that appear unusual, high value, time-sensitive, or inconsistent with prior activity. We may use information you provide, payment-processor information, shipping information, device and transaction signals, and third-party fraud-prevention tools, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If verification is needed, we may contact you using the information provided with your order. We may ask you to confirm order details or provide limited information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction. We will never ask you to send a full payment-card number, CVV, account password, or other highly sensitive credentials by ordinary email.
Orders may be delayed, declined, or canceled if verification cannot be completed, payment authorization fails, we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or fulfillment would create a security, legal, or compliance concern. If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue the applicable refund. Our review procedures are designed to protect transactions and are not intended to discriminate unlawfully.
