Payment Policy

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment provider or providers available through Shopify Checkout and may be subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Cendoriq and our payment processor to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges.
We may request additional information or verification before accepting or shipping an order. We may decline an order when payment authorization fails, information cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a violation of these policies. If a charge is captured for an order that we cancel, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless checkout states otherwise. Your card issuer, bank, or payment provider may impose currency conversion, foreign transaction, or other fees beyond our control. We do not store full payment-card information unless expressly stated; payment processing is handled by the applicable processor.
If you believe there is an error in a charge, contact sales@cendoriq.com promptly so we can investigate. This does not restrict your rights under applicable law or your agreement with your payment provider.
