2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to operate the Site; process and fulfill orders; provide customer support; communicate about orders, returns, and account matters; verify transactions; prevent fraud and protect the Site; improve products, services, and user experience; measure Site performance; comply with legal obligations; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and send marketing communications where permitted by law and subject to your choices.
3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and business partners that help us operate our business, including Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communications providers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Cendoriq does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose limited device or online-activity information to service providers that help operate, secure, measure, or market the Site when those services are enabled. If any disclosure is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law, we will provide the notice, choice, and opt-out mechanisms required by that law.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, maintain security, understand Site usage, and, where enabled, measure advertising or marketing performance. You can manage certain cookies through browser settings and, where available, our cookie-preference tool. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
5. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by law, we may send promotional emails, text messages, or other marketing communications if you subscribe, consent, or otherwise authorize us to do so. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. For text messages, follow the opt-out instructions provided in the message. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational communications, such as order confirmations, security notices, or responses to your requests.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and legal requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no Internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. You should use a strong, unique password for any account and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain processing; or to appeal a decision about a privacy request. To submit a request, email sales@cendoriq.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” call Phone number to be added, or use a designated privacy-request form if one is made available on the Site. We may need to verify your request and may deny or limit a request where allowed by law.
If we deny a request where an appeal right applies, we will explain how to appeal. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, subject to appropriate authorization and verification.
9. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable state law. Where those laws apply to Cendoriq and to a request, we will honor applicable rights and provide required notices, methods for submitting requests, and nondiscrimination protections. California residents should also review our California Privacy Notice below.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at sales@cendoriq.com so that we can review and take appropriate action.
