Cendoriq is an independent retailer. Unless a product page or a separate written document expressly states that Cendoriq provides a warranty, Cendoriq does not provide its own separate written product warranty. Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which is governed by the manufacturer’s terms, eligibility conditions, claim procedure, and limitations.
If you believe a product may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact sales@cendoriq.com with your order number, the product name, relevant photos or videos, and any manufacturer warranty documentation. We may help you identify the manufacturer or route the request where reasonably appropriate, but we do not control a manufacturer’s warranty decision.
Nothing in this Policy disclaims, modifies, or limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, modified, or limited. Any written warranty offered in the future will be provided with the product or made available as required by applicable law.
